S BLASIVS RAGVSII St. Blaise, nimbate, standing facing, raising his right hand in benediction and holding crosier in his left; small cross in left field. Rev. Christ standing facing within mandorla between IC - XC, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels with his left. D&D6.4.2. Beautifully toned. Traces of overstriking, otherwise, very fine.

From the collection of Dr. Max Blaschegg (1930-2021, with collector’s ticket), privately acquired from M. Brugger at the Zürich coin fair on 27 October 1990.
